Charleston Southern University’s athletics department has agreed to renew its long-standing partnership with ticketing technology leader TicketReturn over the next five years. TicketReturn will continue to serve the Charleston Southern Buccaneers as the exclusive provider of industry-leading box office, online and mobile ticketing technologies. Charleston Southern has enjoyed working alongside TicketReturn’s dedicated client support representatives as they work in partnership to increase the efficiency of the university’s box office operations.
The university will soon add TicketReturn’s TR Donor solution to help track donor campaigns, improve internal communication and give Buccaneers fans an easy, accountable way to donate to their school. “The customer service at TicketReturn is exceptional,” said Tyler Davis, Associate Athletic Director for Development/Tickets. “As a Division I Athletic Department, we believe the features within TicketReturn best serves our donors and fan base.
