100% Digital Ticketing

Texting tickets has been a top leveraged tool to improve the efficiency of a 100% digital ticket environment. Fans also show an increased propensity to transfer tickets digitally. One issue the Grasshoppers encountered in the
infancy of their ‘100% digital’ journey was the need for physical tickets from the Box Office. TicketReturn heard the Grasshoppers team and developed a Print-at-Home (PAH) ticket that can be produced by the Box Office. In the first year of digital ticketing, the Grasshoppers leveraged this PAH ticket <10% of the time. In 2022, the need for the PAH ticket has been reduced to <5% of all tickets.

Resell Feature Aids in Season Ticket Renewals The Kannapolis Cannon Ballers actively leveraged TicketReturn’s Resell Feature to provide an added value for their season ticket holders. After completing their first season in Atrium Health Ballpark, the Cannon Ballers saw a season ticket renewal rate of 85%, a success aided by the ‘value-add’ of an easy to use resell feature. This feature allows the season ticket holder to accumulate credit for concessions, merchandise, or customers can even use the credit towards next year’s season ticket purchase. The box on the left displays the Cannon Ballers’ success with increasing the usage of the resell feature among their season ticket holder base from 2021 to 2022! The feature provides a great perk to fans who cannot make the 60+ home games throughout the season.
