USA Hockey Arena Selects TicketReturn to Power its Digital Ticketing

TicketReturn has partnered with USA Hockey Arena and will serve as the venue’s exclusive provider of industry leading box office, online and mobile ticketing technologies. The state-of-the-art ticketing technology will be the first touch point for hockey fans as they are welcomed to USA Hockey Arena.


TicketReturn offers nearly two decades of technology management experience to help clients across the country exceed their goals. The Charlotte, N.C. based company offers a full suite of ticketing innovations, including event marketing, access control, attendance reporting, accounting and fundraising features for sports and entertainment venues. “Our partnership with TicketReturn provides our venue the technology to offer fans a diverse assortment of digital ticketing options,” said Scott Monaghan, assistant executive director, NTDP and USA Hockey Arena. “TicketReturn provides us the ideal feature set as we welcome fans from the hockey community in Plymouth and all the surrounding communities in southeast Michigan.”


USA Hockey Arena selected TicketReturn to advance its overall ticket operations and offer a variety of ticket packages and options to their fans. The seamless and convenient ticket interface provides hockey fans an intuitive digital ticketing option as they enjoy the 25th anniversary season of USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program. The front office also plans on leveraging TicketReturn’s built-in email correspondence and CRM functionality to communicate and engage with fans throughout the year.

Team officials impressed by TicketReturn’s value, ability to deliver on promises TicketReturn is excited to announce that it has entered into a 5-year agreement to become the exclusive ticketing partner for the Victoria Grizzlies (Victoria, British Columbia) junior ‘A’ ice hockey team of the British Columbia Hockey League. Grizzlies officials said they were impressed by TicketReturn’s value, its ability to deliver high-quality functionality and its dedicated client support. TicketReturn will serve as the team’s official provider of industry-leading box office, online and mobile ticketing technology.
