Texting tickets has been a top leveraged tool to improve the efficiency of a 100% digital ticket environment. Fans also show an increased propensity to transfer tickets digitally. One issue the Grasshoppers encountered in the
infancy of their ‘100% digital’ journey was the need for physical tickets from the Box Office. TicketReturn heard the Grasshoppers team and developed a Print-at-Home (PAH) ticket that can be produced by the Box Office. In the first year of digital ticketing, the Grasshoppers leveraged this PAH ticket <10% of the time. In 2022, the need for the PAH ticket has been reduced to <5% of all tickets.
